we are currently looking to recruit an experienced restaurant and bar manager for a luxury hotel in windsor. as restaurant and bar manger you will support, plan and direct all restaurant, bar and garden operations. you will maintain the high standards of food and drink, service and health and safety practices within your area. you will manage the training and development needs of your team. you will also support the food and beverage manager and support in the delivery of the financial targets and driving the business's financial performance.

the ideal restaurant and bar manager will have the following:

experience managing a multi outlet f&b operation within a hotel environmentbe an excellent communicator and team playerpassionate about hospitality/guest oriented, outgoing and service mindedgood interpersonal skills and self-confidencenatural elegance and high personal presentation skillsa thorough and organised approach
