with a collaborative approach, you will quickly build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver professional advice, guidance and proactive hr support to managers and staff.
you will report directly to the director of human resources and organisational development and support them with the development and implementation of strategic and transformational change programmes.
based on site at our campus in street, somerset, you will work closely with the well-established hr team on developing new and innovative ways of working and provide the team with day-to-day supervision and guidance.
you will preferably be qualified to a minimum of cipd level 5 and must have demonstrable current or recent experience in a similar role.

hours and weeks of work: 37 hours per week, year-round contract.
contract type: permanent.
pension: local government pension scheme with higher-than-average employer contributions.
leave entitlement: 29 days per year plus bank holidays and additional discretionary days at christmas.
