as a chef manager within our business, you will need to continuously promote high-quality service, deliver excellent food and beverage offers and strive for innovative ways to communicate with our customers whilst driving sales. our chef managers must also support and lead our two hands teams to be creative and successful.

to be successful in this role, you should have a real passion for people and customer service skills and be a confident communicator with all our stakeholders.

ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our customers and promote our café spaces as a social and foodie hub.

objectives

actively rewarding the team’s excellent customer service and providing customer service training where necessary.
delivering a pass for mystery shopper visits
to achieve a 64% food gross profit with all menus and proactively work on food waste and stock controls
to control operational costs and waste as directed by café operations manager and to actively use budget tools provided.
reporting all maintenance work to clockwise management or savills team immediately, following up on remedial action and communicating the following with the team.
to ensure food safety and health and safety guidelines are completed and signed off on a weekly basis and internal audits are taken place monthly.
to provide correct allergen information with 100% accuracy to identify any gross misconduct issues within the team (allergy accidents or near misses, healthy and safety accidents, critical food safety failures) and report to regional manager immediately.
follow and lead by example the company correct code of conduct with team, clients, and customers on site.
continuously promote company, promotions and events via social media accounts for two hands.
