Onsite support - united states, bowling green (kentucky)

adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill a 2nd shift on-site support t role in mt sterling, kentucky.

at adecco, the on-site support team members can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

this is role starts as hourly associate with a payrate of up to $18/hr based on experience.

responsibilities for this on-site support role include:

assist with recruiting, onboarding, and interview candidates

conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes

monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed

attend client meetings as needed

assist with onsite timekeeping

engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met

complete associate coaching regarding performance and attendance when needed.

assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

 

qualifications:

must be able to conduct floor walks to interact with associates. previous team lead experience in manufacturing setting desired, but not required. must be comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment. excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.
