Technology support officer for protected trust services ltd - united kingdom, bournemouth, dorset
due to our continued growth, protected trust services (pts) are currently recruiting a technology support officer to join us at our bournemouth headquarters.
pts are a company that specialise in consumer protection in the travel industry, we operate using a bespoke it system allowing travel companies to meet their legal obligations to run their travel businesses.
reporting directly to the cto your responsibilities will include:
- testing system developments
- 1st line support for it issues
- learn and understand the business' current and future it requirements
- liaise we employees and system developers via email, telephone, issue reporting system using microsoft teams and google meet.
essentials
- a high level of written and fluently spoken english.
- a good level of it knowledge including microsoft outlook, word and excel.
- a natural understanding of it and system infrastructure for problem solving and solution proposals.
- the ability to work alone and make decisions when required.

£25,000 salary
21 days holiday entitlement plus all uk bank holidays.
working hours: monday – friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
