Account manager- bilingual - united states, columbia (tennessee)

 

our client is looking for a driven, dedicated inside sales professional to support the outside sales team! their team is growing and this new position will devise and deliver sales activity plans including territory and strategic planning and internal and external customer engagement. the ideal candidate will be detail orientated, display a “customer first” mentality, and effectively work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure the needs and expectations of the customer are met. the position will report to the inside sales manager to ensure alignment with objectives and customer care. this position is located in brentwood, tn.

?responsibilities include but are not limited to:

work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

strategically quote to meet and exceed sales targets by maximizing market share and profits

drive client engagement and manage customer relations

ability to multi-task while maintaining accurate sales and pipeline data

demonstrate ability to the adapt to ever changing market expectations and objectives

work closely with outside sales territory account managers to ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly defined, understood and achieved

monitor sales trends and develop corresponding action plans/recommendations to leadership

have a desire to learn about our products and product application, seeking out opportunities to learn

attend trade shows and network as needed to promote our products and stay up-to-date with competitive trends

qualifications:

associates degree with 5 + years’ experience or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience

a self-motivated, adaptable go-getter attitude

strong prioritization and problem-solving skills

high attention to detail

international logistics coordination knowledge preferred (freight forwarding)

international trade (hs codes) experience preferred
