Gardener, experienced, full time - united kingdom, haywards heath, west sussex

full time, live out experienced gardener for a large 15 acre property. the property includes approximately 6 acres of garden, with remainder being field, ponds and woodland. the full time gardener will have part time assistance with mowing, strimming, leaf blowing and other general maintenance tasks. the gardener is expected to be hardworking and reliable, a good communicator and must be able to work as part of a team, both supervising others (including contracted trades) and taking instruction.

the gardener is expected to have excellent knowledge of shrubs, trees and plants and so be able to look after the extensive herbaceous borders, orchard and vegetable garden. the gardener must be confident with garden machinery, including a tractor.
