adecco is hiring immediately for a call center agent with a local client in indianapolis, in. administrative assistants perform essential duties with pay starting at $13.50/hr.
responsibilities:
answer phones/chats/emails regarding customer order inquiries
must be comfortable on a computer
ability to navigate multiple windows and screens
strong customer service and problem resolution skills
working personal phone for communication during training
client will provide equipment
requirements:
entry level
must have a quiet place to work with no distractions
must have high speed hardwire internet (wi-fi will not work)
minimum processing speed of 25 mps download and 5 mbps upload required – 50 mps download and 10 mbps upload required if you are sharing your internet connection
speed test to be conducted through www.speedtest.net
candidate must be able to come to the local site for equipment pick up (the wednesday/thursday prior to start date)
