Qc lab support - united states, montpelier (vermont)

hiring immediately for a qc lab support positions located in st. albans, vt.  in these roles you will support routine activities of qc involving testing of components used in pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical manufacturing.  these are long-term temporary roles with pay range of $19 – $21 per hour.

 

monday – friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

 

responsibilities of qc lab support:

assist experienced analysts with routine analytical testing

preparing solutions

balance and ph verification along with various other techniques

follow established procedures and timelines

support laboratory waste disposal needs

perform other duties as assigned

 

requirements of qc lab support:

knowledge of basic chemistry required

familiarity with compendial testing (usp, ph, eur) and various basic laboratory techniques and instrumentation preferred

required understanding of standard operating procedures (sop’s), food and drug administration (fda) regulations and current good manufacturing practices (gmp’s)

must possess strong basic math skills

ability to communicate (written and verbal)

attention to detail

computer skills and familiarity with lims preferred

coursework including lab in chemistry required

associate’s or bachelor’s degree in science and some experience preferred
