an exciting opportunity has arisen to work at one of the uk's leading postal and delivery companies. our client is looking a number of yard marshall to start working at their parcel hub site in atherstone.

the role involves manning a security gatehouse, supervising access and egress to and from the warehouse site, liaising with site management and staff, recording all incoming traffic and logging it onto various systems

responsibilities of yard marshall include:

* maintaining a safe and secure environment

* logging incoming vehicles

* directing traffic

* communicating with other on site departments,

* ensuring all health & safety policies are adhered to

* conducting safety checks

requirements of a yard marshall include:

* ability to communicate professionally and clearly at all times

* conduct yourself in an appropriate and professional manner

* accuracy and attention to detail

* numerical accuracy

* ability to work outdoors
