the web is a multi-sided ecosystem of users, developers, browser vendors. we focus on the needs of developers. we believe that developers are the interface between the platform and the user. we need developer support to build meaningful connections to the ecosystem, we understand and champion their needs internally and help them improve their experiences based on insights and experience.
we believe that developers want to create high quality experiences that work everywhere, and we can help them to navigate the complexity of the web through connecting and collaborating with the communities that love the web as much as we do. we put emphasis on the success and relationship of web technology experts. we help developers learn, grow, network, and steward the web community.
our audience ranges from beginners to expert web developers, casual developers, open-source contributors, content creators, and technology experts. our programs aim to enable developers on a global-wide scale.
overall responsibilities:
this role will be working to drive, manage, and plan programs for our global web community, providing daily monitoring, social support and content creation. you are able to article curation of content, community posts to further the goals of retaining and educating developers to ensure smooth delivery of the work. as an advocate for the community, you'll monitor trends and feedback to develop recommendations on how the team can engage with and motivate users to contribute to the web.
the ideal candidate will have a passion for the web developer community, copywriting, and social experience.
