job purpose:
our business is growing and growing fast! we are looking for a hr administrator to support the people team in our drive to deliver our people plan. the hr administrator will be responsible for handling and owning specific hr processes and data across the business. they will be a key player in taking the department forward, maintaining our unique passion for creativity, team working and the essential element of getting things done!
accountabilities of the role will include but not be limited to;
employee lifecycle
a key player throughout the employee lifecycle.
processing new starters and supporting the team in creating and introducing an improved onboarding process
generating offer letters & contracts
conducting pre-employment checks
support in the development of a new starter pack for joiners that captures important data
handling the off-boarding process and the processing of leavers
communicating with the relevant departments and handling any queries
hr support
supporting the people function in delivering the people plan.
ownership and maintenance of people data, ensuring the accuracy of our hris
utilisation of hris reporting and accuracy of annual leave tracking
administration of the full range of benefits package
management of hr queries, escalating to the relevant team member when required
supporting payroll with the monthly pay cycle
producing relevant letters and documentation (e.g., probation, variations, etc.)
