the role:
due to internal promotion, we are now recruiting for an area sales manager to join us within the south west area to be the face of youfibre. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced area sales manager where you will be:
getting involved with the sales, door to door and telephone
managing an outsourced sales teams within your area
training the sales representative and leading by example
monitoring the sales performance and delivering company kpis
general administration duties and reporting related to the role
what you'll need:
door to door sales experience and telesales experience
telecommunication industry experience
b2b sales experience
managerial experience of leading a door-to-door sales team
sound it knowledge and computer literacy
proactive with ability to anticipate, communicate and resolve issues with minimal guidance
effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and customer service
flexible approach to work as required as a team member in a start-up / scale up company
