working within a supportive environment and based in bright, modern offices, the successful candidate will provide pivotal support by scheduling the diaries of a team of field-based and in-house service engineers.

as customer care scheduler, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

engaging with customers and engineers, by phone and emailas the main point of contact with field engineers, scheduling and balancing workloads, liaising frequently with the engineers and reporting any problemspromoting the company's services to new and existing customersbooking hotels and making travel arrangements for engineersmonitoring your and the department's performance against agreed targetsproactively seeking to win new business and renewals for the service team, where opportunities ariseinteracting with customers when they visit we're looking for a customer care scheduler with the following skills and experience:

extensive experience of working in a customer service or telesales role, ideally involving schedulingability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple diariesproficient in microsoft office, such as word, excel and outlookdemonstrates a confident, friendly and helpful telephone mannerenjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment with the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet targets and deadlines hours of work:

monday to friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm with 30 minutes' lunch break salary and benefits:
