the job of pricing analyst will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following (it is not essential that you can do all of these tasks straightaway, but you will be working towards this):
assist in the business objective of increasing prices & improving marginsreview, analyse & produce reporting of pricing trends by product type, region & customerreview core business pricing requirements for customer proposalssupport the implementation of the new pricing strategyattend review meetings with sales teams, presenting pricing reports, key findings & recommendationsmonitor sales price increases compared to recommendations where improvements need to be madedevelop detailed sale price erosion reports comparing actual v py & budgets by country, customer, product & consolidate viewsdevelop sales bridges by product sectorinvestigate & provide recommendations on development of tools to improve price monitoring & reportingassist with the maintenance of price list management within business erp system & crm quotation system; identifying updates & improvementsdevelop sales analysis for budget preparation comparing actual to proposed new budgetmonitor the price of copper & fx & update the crm system ensuring that price increases & budget sales price increase are achievedprovide sales & bonus data you
as pricing analyst you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
