multi-skilled engineer needed for work on the inside london.

we are looking to add an engineer to our team for immediate start. only apply if you are happy with what you read below please.

we do work for estate agencies in and around london, mostly west london, so work is on-going. the job consists of small jobs, call outs, quotations and also larger jobs. if you are good and are looking for a long-term job, you found us. the right applicant will become part of a dynamic group; who will be able to work on their own without having someone constantly looking over his or her shoulder.

now this is the important part. there will be a lot of driving, so please be sure that you are happy with it. working hours are from 09:00 – 17:30.

the following is a must have:

must have own transport and tools. once you have proven yourself, you will get a van.
must truly be skilled in various trades like plastering, tiling, painting and decorating, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrics.
must be able to hold a conversation and write in english and must be reliable.
must have at least 10 years experience.
very important, must be willing to drive around london. you won’t be asked to go into the congestion charge zone and when you do, we’ll pay for it. we also pay for parking.
all quotes and job reports must be emailed in to us each day. without quotes, we cannot get the work, so it is very important.
photo i.d. right to work in the uk.
willing to come to our office for an interview. any questions we have and you have can then be asked and answered.
great rates paid for the successful applicant. starting at £20/h during the 3-month trial period. after that we can talk.
