Part-time customer service advisor/ office admin - united kingdom, salford, manchester

we are looking for a part time customer service advisor for our busy online store and manufacturing business. between 16 -20 hours a week, monday – friday. immediate start available.

perfect candidate must have good telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, have good attention to detail, be efficient and organized. must be able to work on their own, but also as a part of a team.

experience in a similar role and knowledge of ebay and amazon systems is not necessary but would be a huge bonus.

key responsibilities:

processing and printing orders on a daily basis
dealing with telephone calls and general enquiries
replying to emails and messages received via different platforms - amazon, ebay, shopify etc.
tracking parcels, dealing with disputes, complaints and claims
processing returns and refunds
preparing quotes and invoices for customers,
general admin duties (sending parcels, typing letters etc.)
supporting the managing director, accountants and sales team

what we offer:

between 16 - 24 hours a week - we are quite flexible and exact hours can be discussed
start between 9:30 -10:30

good location with great public transport links (bus and tram) - m501bb
pay per hour, starting salary would be minimum wage - could be negotiated depending on the experience and skills
