we are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic & driven assistant reservations manager. you will be able to provide the highest quality of service to the guests, with the aim of exceeding expectations at all times. supporting the reservations manager with leading the reservations team, rostering, developing and the planning & organisation of the team.

as the assistant reservations manager you will have the following:

experience within a similar role, at a similar style of propertyto be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achievedbe patient and comfortable working under pressureexcellent communication skills and be approachable excellent guest relations skillstalent for creating a positive team environment
