we are currently looking for an experienced senior chef de partie located in ascot. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in ascot. the successful senior chef de partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. the senior chef de partie will also run their own section and act as a mentor to the junior chefs.

the person

the senior chef de partie will have:

have experience as a chef de partie or senior chef de partie in either a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restauranthigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchenideally be able to drive or live locallyhave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailbe driven and willing to mentor junior chefshave the confidence to create and be innovative
