customer service representatives are responsible for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, web service request, fax or in-person communication.  the position is responsible for ensuring all calls and requests are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.  
 

qualifications:

1-2 years over the phone customer service

high school diploma/ged (associates or technical degree a plus)

knowledge of general construction applications and terminology is preferred

proficient with microsoft word, excel, outlook and power point

excellent verbal and written communication skills

display excellent phone and email etiquette
