Senior negotiator/valuer for estate agents - united kingdom, sevenoaks, kent

we are an established estate agent in sevenoaks forming part of a national franchise network giving our clients the best of both national reach and local expertise. we deal with residential property and cover the whole market from small apartments to large country estates and often deal with unique and interesting homes. providing outstanding customer service is crucial to our success and we pride ourselves on offering a friendly working environment.

we are looking for an experienced negotiator/valuer to take on a maternity cover role contract basis. you will be involved in all aspects of the estate agent role including amongst others:

- viewings

- valuations

- diary management

- answering the phones

- responding to enquiries

- drafting property descriptions

- sales progression

you will be supported by an experienced team and a full time co-ordinator/administrator. our business is growing and there is potential for this role to become a permanent position.

hours of work will be monday - friday 9:00 - 17:30 with saturdays on rota (day in lieu provided). you will be based at our sevenoaks branch but with the opportunity for partial home working to be offered to the right candidate.

experience in a similar role is essential.

we mainly operate within a 10 mile radius of sevenoaks but this can extend further afield so having your own vehicle and a valid driving licence (with less than 6 points) is essential.

the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
