we have an exciting opportunity for a pre-delivery inspection (pdi) engineer to join our team based in liverpool.
the salary for this role is £22,000 plus overtime and benefits.

afi are currently recruiting for a pdi engineer to be based at our northeast depot.
under the direction of the senior engineer, you will be responsible for completing pre-delivery inspections as required at the depot and performing other engineering tasks as necessary.
the role in brief:
carrying out pdis, services, repairs, manufacturer updates, and maintaining the corporate image of our fleet of rental machinesaccurately completing all necessary recording of checks using a company issued pda, following company procedure at all timescommunicating effectively with the engineering team and hire office to make sure that the depot maintains maximum machine availability45 hours a week we would welcome applications for this pdi engineer role from candidates with the following skills: pdi engineer, engineering, plant, servicing, repairs, maintenance, pda, communication, electrical engineering, hydraulic systems, forklift, dumper, excavator, pre-delivery inspection.

essential skillsthe ideal candidate for this pdi engineer role:
