position reports to / supervisor: director of operations
position objective:
the operations executive will report to the director of operations and support the operations team in providing the highest level of customer service while contributing to an efficient operation.
principal responsibilities:
• follow up on clients’ inquiries through different communication platforms
• liaise with suppliers to confirm services/bookings
• coordinate with suppliers on scheduled ride
• ensure all suppliers selected to provide services to koi follow the company’s standards and policies.
competencies and skills:
• strong fluency with excel and ms office
essential qualifications:
• ba, bs, or b.com degree required or equivalent
preferred qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in operations (back-office/support team)
• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry
• proven work experience in hospitality or customer service role
• self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• advanced knowledge of excel
