our client a unique venue and visitor attraction in weybridge currently have an exciting opportunity to for their on-site café which offers a delicious range of freshly made, seasonal recipes covering breakfast, lunch, snacks and treats.

you will work closely with the head chef to help drive the business forward and maintain the excellent culture. you will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local (where possible) and seasonal food, to build the strength of our reputation. this is an amazing opportunity for a chef who really wants to make their mark, have the opportunity to create menus and work with fresh produce.

requirements to apply:

fresh food background at sous chef level, working with fresh, high quality productsability to perform well under pressure and delegate your team as a sous chef ideas for good food and menu planningpassionate about food and loves to createunderstanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place ordersyou will be required to work evenings at least twice a week on average. during busier periods including christmas you will be required to work evenings up to 5 times a week.
