length: 12+ months
pay: $18.51/ hr
shift/hours: mon - fri 40 hours must be available between 8 am – 7 pm.
responsibilities for this customer service representative job include, but are not limited to:
must have knowledge/experience in the financial services industry; ability to handle large volumes of work for large dollar values; ability to multi-task; ability to process in an extremely accurate environment.
requires experience in the client servicing side or trust/brokerage/investment operations. must be computer proficient and able to perform a variety of tasks.
the representative role is inclusive of an inbound phone team environment assisting with financial transactions and inquiries.
