adecco is hiring immediately for a virtual customer service agent with a local client in indianapolis, in. virtual customer service agents perform essential duties with pay starting at $13.50/hour, plus mandatory overtime.
responsibilities:
answer phones/chats/emails regarding customer order inquiries
must be comfortable on a computer
ability to navigate multiple windows and screens
strong customer service and problem resolution skills
requirements:
quiet place to work with no distractions
must have high speed hardwire internet (wifi will not work)
minimum processing speed of 25 mps download and 5 mbps upload required – 50 mps download and 10 mbps upload required if you are sharing your internet connection
speed test to be conducted through www.speedtest.net
working personal phone for communication during training
