Call centre advisor - united kingdom, norwich, norfolk
our team is looking for talented, motivated, and dedicated people to join the team. contact agents are multi skilled and are responsible the delivery of appointments into our sales team. the agent will speak with our existing customers or new customers who have contacted us and convert those conversation into potential business leads. no cold calling.
the ideal candidate will demonstrate good communication skills, a fabulous phone manner and an ability to work to targets. they should be comfortable with multi-tasking, rapport building and be able to adapt to change.
