qualifications
associate (preferred)
supervisor experience: 3 years (preferred)
manufacturing environment: 3 years (preferred)
description:
supervision and management of all vessel builds throughout all stages
work with operations manager to set mid and long term objectives, deadlines and create a production plan.
ensure flow of raw materials and other resources to mitigate delays and supply chain issues
analyze past production performance and implement improvements in procedures
ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulations and iso requirements
skills and experience:
experience with lean manufacturing techniques and principles
detail oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent verbal and written communication skills
familiarity of manufacturing environments
