the role’s primary focus is to work with our debt advisory team contacting warm leads generated via our website. you must have great communication skills.

the role of a lead generator will involve calling applicants across the uk. you will then be expected to present our services to clients positively and professionally, speaking with clients about their current situation, including recording all creditor information and taking a basic income and expenditure.

you will be required to assess the details taken alongside the set criteria and identify if we have a solution available for the client; if so, you will then be required to pass this client on to a more senior advisor on the team.

experience/skills preferred:

· used to outbound dialling.

· be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.

· strong communication skills are essential.

· energetic and enthusiastic

· history of achieving targets

· excellent telephone manner

· resilient and able to handle objections.

· used to working to targets.
