under limited supervision, and utilizing manual or computerized office systems, responsible for producing the moderately complex transactions for personal lines automobile and home owners insurance policies. provides excellent customer service by processing policy maintenance transactions utilizing a combination of automated and semi-automated processes and some analytical skills.
position will be on a special projects and underwriting team. this is a work from home position with a strong team of individual contributors working to complete underwriting projects. training and support provided to individuals looking for an opportunity to grow and learn about the insurance industry. prior personal lines insurance knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
