Customer service - united states, lancaster (pennsylvania)

adecco is hiring experienced insurance agents/customer service reps, full-service inbound and outbound contact center located in blue bell, pa, for several running projects.  these are two projects of focus. temp to hire role, is not short term! 

agents will help with processing phone calls for client/ customer needs..

supervisor and agent roles available.  supervisor role payrate: tbd, pending experience.

high level inbound and outbound calls.

able to speak clearly and communicate, via phone.

training is on-site.  this role is not remote.

shift: 2nd, 3:30p-11pm

pay rate: $16.00/hr

must be willing to commute to blue bell, pa.
