location: remote

duration: 3-6 months

pay rate: $21.62/hour

 

responsibilities for this position include:

 

provides top-notch service to heifer international donors, volunteers, and/or internal staff via calls, correspondence, web-chat, email, and/or face-to-face interactions.

main function includes servicing donors by phone, email, web chat and written correspondence

each call will focus on engaging donors with delightful service and increasing fundraising revenue and retention

all calls are expected to be responded to within 20seconds

assist with corresponding to donors via email

each response must be service minded and answered within one business day

 all responses will use approved formatting and language to ensure consistent voice with our donors

assist with engaging with donors via web chat

this task will require you to assist multiple donors at the same time while maintaining excellent service.

all responses must be personal and use approved language and formatting

all chats must be responded to within 20 seconds

handle all customer interactions in a professional manner by listening to needs and proving solutions

process all transactions accurately and efficiently.

maintain quality assurance and standards

requirements for this position include:

2 years minimum call center and customer service experience

knowledge of customer service techniques and telephone etiquette

knowledge of computers as a tool for data entry, spreadsheets, word processing and email
