الوصف الوظيفي • handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles • responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. • perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. • perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. • responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting. • review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. • perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. • develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup. • support cfo in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy • consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives المهارات • must have one of the following experience and chartered accounting certifications: • cpa(us), acca, aca, ca, cma • bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. • 8 to 10 years of accounting experience • experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process • strong financial analysis skills. • strong verbal and written communication skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة قطر قطاع الشركة العقارات طبيعة عمل الشركة غير محدد الدور الوظيفي المحاسبة والتدقيق نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأدنى: 8 منطقة الإقامة قطر الجنسية الهند; سريلانكا الشهادة بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي
