Regional recruiter - united kingdom, belper, derbyshire
as part of the recruitment team and reporting to a recruitment partner, you'll be managing recruitment processes for a variety of roles from support workers, registered managers, educational and support services roles to support your designated region.
it's a fast-paced environment and you'll need to be confident with high volume recruitment using creative sourcing techniques to find the best candidates out there.
through our ats (pinpoint), job boards and social media, we operate a direct sourcing model. through the delivery of exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process, we create an efficient and effective process concentrating on an outstanding candidate experience.
key responsibilities
collaborate with hiring managers to create informative job adverts for internal vacancies
advertise job vacancies on job boards, social media platforms and internal platforms and conduct proactive searches to source and interview the best talent on the market
review and screen applications, manage interviews in a timely manner to ensure each application is screened within 24 hours of applying
personal kpi's will be agreed with the recruitment partner to meet the needs and demands of the business, ensuring there is a healthy candidate pipeline and talent pool
attend job fairs/shows, job centres and other third-party providers as required to develop the esland employer brand
ensure the ats is always updated to be the one source of management information for recruitment
adapt as needed to successfully meet changing hiring volumes and demands
own the offer management process, once the offer has been accepted successfully transfer the candidate to the on boarder to complete the appropriate background and onboarding checks
build great relationships with colleagues throughout the organisation, ensuring that they receive the information and updates that they need and that process responsibilities are clear and maintained embedding one point of contact approach and to deliver results together
