personal assistant requirementsgood command of the english languageenhanced dbs criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adultsyou should have a friendly and positive attitude, enjoy working with children and be reliableprevious experience would be beneficial but not essentialto assist passengers both in getting in and out of the vehicle and for the duration of the journeyto undertake any training as and when requiredpassenger assistants are required to be physically fit enough to assist our passengers to and from the vehicle on foot. further training will be provided for passengers with wheelchairs, epilepsy, and anaphylactic needs. all passenger assistants will be trained in first aid.to start work, you will need to complete the following, which we will assist with.enhanced dbs clearanceright to work checkall training required specific to each contract, for example safeguarding, mobility training, autism training, epilepsy training etc.
