duties and responsibility
• work complete with in time.
• delivering output efficiently & effectively.
• allocation of manpower.
• maximum utilization of resources.
• reporting the productivity on daily basis to the project engineer /project manager.
• avoiding reworks & defects by conducting close follow up in the process
• responsible for supervising and monitoring all type of civil work.
• responsible to ensure quality work and monitoring work progress.
• handling labor and material issues and managing subcontractors.
• work execute as per all approved shop drawing and material.
