as food and beverage supervisor you will support the restaurant manager and supervising a daily shift team of 8-10 waiting staff in the hotels restaurant (2 rosette) with responsibility for the service standards of food and beverage to residents, guests and local visitors. service for guests covers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week so candidates must be available for flexible shift patterns across 5 days including weekends. the hotel also operate a range of beautiful private dining rooms for functions, weddings, celebrations, conferences and other events
