customer service expert- starting salary between gbp19,700 to gbp26,800 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits

our standard full time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).

however we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to gbp26,800

you will be part of a team which delivers key processes to help customers transfer their pension benefits both to and from aviva and will really love making a difference in customers lives.

skills and experience we're looking for:

excellent telephony and administrative skills

accountability for your customers and service their needs in a competent, professional, and timely manner

you will be responsible for ensuring customer's money is moved safely and in-line with the relevant regulations and internal policies and frameworks

an expert in your role, with a deep knowledge of the relevant products, systems and processes.

a positive advocate for your team/area and a 'go to' for others to help support you in delighting our customers.

what you'll get for this role:

starting salary between gbp19,700 and gbp23,500 based on a 35 hour week or pro rata up to gbp26,800 if you prefer a 40 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
