electric star pubs is looking to recruit an assistant general manager to work in our newest venue in liverpool street.

the 8th venue in the electric star portfolio, it will span over 2 floors and include a ground floor pub and a basement karaoke venue with 7 karaoke rooms available for hire.

you will be working with the general manager managing all areas of the venue ensuring that excellent customer service and operational standards are being delivered at all times.

we are looking for a natural team leader who enjoys working in a busy lively environment and can manage and enjoy the pressure of a running a multifunctional space- every day!

you will need:

customer service experience within in a pub or restaurant environment, at least 6 months in another supervisor or duty manager position.
to be able to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with our customers
experience leading a team.
strong ability to multi-task and handle a busy bookings diary, across all areas of the venue.
ability to be a fair but strong manager who strives to get the best from every staff member, and to provide the best customer experience possible.
a passion for great food and drinks.
