Account representative's - united states, leeton

adecco is assisting a local organization, seeking account representative's to start asap in the lee, nh area! these are temp-to-hire positions, with a starting pay rate of $16+/hr, plus commission and potential overtime.

these are entry-level roles with full training provided onsite!

schedule - monday - friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm

job duties / responsibilities:

making outbound calls to individual consumers

collecting funds from customers with past due balances

managing your own account queue

entering ach / credit card transactions

using excel to create / utilize reports

providing concise and comprehensive notes interally and in systems

adhere to the fdcpa and reg f rules and regulations

additional duties, as assigned

requirements:

excellent communication skills

good computer skills

commitment to teamwork and growth

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferred
