we are looking for sales consultants to join the team at our offices in the heart of bournemouth.
the roles are full time, permanent, working 39 hours per week - 9.15am-7pm monday to thursday and 9am-1pm on fridays – so an extra-long weekend!
you will receive a basic annual salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, with realistic ote of around £70,000 for the highest performers.

what you will be doing
the main focus of the role is to convert calls from prospective customers into sales, asking questions to fully establish customer needs and using your expert knowledge to recommend the right product to meet their requirements.
to achieve this, you will:
utilise excellent time management skills to generate quotes, follow up on leads and communicate with insurers.
demonstrate strong sales closing skills while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

ensuring product, process and market knowledge is accurate and up to date

what skills and experience are we looking for?
essential
proven track record in a telephony based sales environment, eg. at least 1 year’s telesales experience
experience in a targeted environment
highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
excellent sales closing skills
ability to absorb new information easily
competitive, passionate and curious
desirable
insurance sales experience
pmi sales experience
other senior level consultative sales industries experience
strong objection handler
