£20,134 to £20,761 per annum, pro rata
(actual salary £13,876.13 to £14,308.26)
(up to £21,630 per annum, pro rata for an exceptional candidate)
we are looking for a keen gardener/groundsperson to join the team responsible for maintaining our beautiful university grounds. you will enjoy working outside and have a genuine interest in gardening with the ability to work as part of a team.
as our ideal candidate you will have experience of grounds maintenance and machine operation (hand-held and ride-on). you will have experience in soft and hard landscaping, a horticultural qualification would be desirable, as would experience of tractor driving, though this is not essential, and training will be given.
