job details:
type: full time (40 hours / week)
length: 3 months; temp to hire opportunity!
sign-on bonus: $1500!
$500 at day 30 (paid out after 30 days of being hired as a contingent worker)
$500 at time of conversion (paid out within 30 days from being hired as a full-time regular employee)
$500 sign on bonus paid out after 6 months of ft employment
pay: $21.00/hr.
shift/hours: monday – friday, flex schedule: anywhere from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 am start times; 8-hour shifts.

description:
conduct assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment.
collect test data, use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process
participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions
assist in selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment
perform a wide variety of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance
follow audit and safety guidelines
train current and new employees
requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
prior manufacturing and/or assembly experience
comfortable to work in a cleanroom environment using appropriate ppe
ability to lift up to 35lbs
