this position is responsible for performing a complete post-closing review of the completed booking and funding processed in the liq system of record completed by the syndicated and corporate lending credit fulfillment team.
works on highly complex documentation.
maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and sor financial data timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable rework.
reviews and approves complex transactions prior to execution.
ensures that risk and controls are followed as documented in procedures.
required skills:
demonstrate problem solving skills and willingness to ask tough questions
working knowledge of corporate lending, experience with complex credit agreement and structure, including syndications
effective communication skills with business partners and peers in order to foster a cohesive environment
able to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment
ability to review and analyze complex legal contracts
loan iq and loan accounting experience is a plus
works well in a team environment and maintains focus to achieve the goals of the business
risk minded - able to identify issues and escalate to management
