adecco professional, finance, and insurance has an opening for a office front desk clerk with  dentrix program experience for a client in the middletown, de area. this is a temp to perm role for someone who‘s familiar with dental office procedures and experienced in customer service. if you are interested in this position and meet the below requirements, click the link below to apply.

mon to fri, 8 am to 6 pm

for 40 hours/week total

pay rate: $20/hr.

 

essential duties & responsibilities

answer the phone promptly and with efficacy and efficiency.

interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a cordial and professional manner.

especially, treat the patient with the upmost respect and cordiality.

make the appointments consistent with the schedule organization and rules.

gather all the necessary information from the patient for demographic and insurance information.

maintain the confidentiality of the patients, staff, and visitors.

utilization of the office tools: phones, office cellular phone, email, fax, scanners, and paper shredder.

always be alert of the schedule changes and be ready to make it better.

 

position requirements

high school diploma/ged required.

experience in the dental front desk position.

customer service experience.

excellent written and verbal communication skills

intermediate knowledge of ada procedural codes.

intermediate knowledge of dental concepts and procedures.

knowledge of dentrix software.

basic knowledge of insurance claims.

basic knowledge of microsoft office.
