founded in 2004, our client is a b2b telemarketing and market research agency based in cambridge. their professional team offer a portfolio of services to support the sales and marketing function for businesses across the uk. specialists in their field, they provide expertise to a range of sectors from further education colleges to international banks, via appointment setting, lead generation, event booking and market research.

about the telemarketing executive role:
this role is predominately based on the telephone, with 95% of your time being spent either researching or gaining insight into the companies you are calling or actively calling.
typically, someone in this role would make 80 high quality calls per day, speaking with 5-15 decision makers and generating 1 or 2 fully qualified results that meet the qualification criteria.
day-to-day duties
working on campaigns:
making outbound calls to a variety of businesses, speaking to individuals at all levels. outbound calling to identify new leads as well as nurturing warm leads. developing new business relationships. securing appointments on behalf of clients.
experience and skills:
telemarketing: 1 year (preferred). excellent communication skills and telephone manner. ability to build rapport with people. organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload. motivated and driven.
working hours: 8 hours per day, monday to friday
