House keeper - united kingdom, hatfield, hertfordshire

a busy family with five older children and their 4 dogs so you must be dog friendly, we need a full time housekeeper to join our home, you will be working along side another full time housekeeper who’s been with us for 5 years

live in accommodation could be available if available to work weekends ( this could be discussed)

the job starts full time in january 2023 but if timing suits could be sooner.

roles include

keeping all floors, equipment and surfaces pristine and tidy at all times

· detailed and careful cleaning of delicate surfaces and materials

· cleaning of sofas, chairs, carpets, under the carpets, etc

· change bed linen twice a week in master and once a week in other 6 suites and towel change , make all beds daily

some cooking depending on your level - could be preparing simpler meals for children or prepping dinner

we are looking for a housekelwr who takes great pride in their work

proven experience with impeccable references from either a 5-star hotel or working at large properties

must be fluent english speaker as have to deal with trades men and deliveries

highly skilled and experienced in all areas of housekeeping and laundry to a very high standard

meticulous person with attention to detial open-minded team player and hands-on person

excellent communication skills

very discreet, invisible but present

trustworthy and the ability to keep things confidential,

unpretentious, bright and energetic personality

highly flexible and adaptable to last minute changes

able to keep themselves busy and see what has to be done

valid driving licence

uk/eu passport
