purpose of the role:
to support the customer service team in providing excellent customer service to our customer base, ensuring that the customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. this includes overseeing operational duties such as incoming customer enquiries, report analysis and housekeeping tasks.
process orders in a precise and timely manner to ensure efficient management of the ship schedule , sending order confirmations, book in deliveries, chasing stockreceiving and placing customer service callsfollowing up on quotes and ensuring all are recorded in line with business processrecording delivery issues on the system, including raising customer credit requestsparticipate in new product training when requiredpromotion of the products and services and to call customers to support department marketing campaigns
