adecco is assisting a local client in the fuquay-varina area for some manufacturing factory associates.
this is a full-time hourly position 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with potential for limited overtime. minimum starting pay rate is $15.00/hr. *** performance based reviews are conducted at 90 days- to covert, then 6 months, and then at one year. at each interval raises are given based off performance.
you will be able to participate in our weekly bonus program after 90 days of employment ***. there are benefits offered after respective periods of employment are satisfied.
summary: this position requires experience with small tools, measuring devices, and sanding equipment. potential employees must be able to take direction while working in a light industrial environment. individuals must be open to learning new processes. physical requirements include: endurance to stand for a minimum of nine hours and comfortably lifting 50 lbs. this is a dusty work environment with no climate control. employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, dust masks, safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection. all ppe is provided except for steel-toed provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment
