the purpose of the role is to operate milling machines and produce machined components to the production plan, in a safe and efficient manner, within the planned production time to the required quality.

to operate milling machines and produce machined components to the production plan, in a safe and efficient manner, within the planned production time and to required quality.
load materials into the machines, which could also involve cutting, grinding or drilling of material.
duties:
to operate mazak lathesability to multi skill with programming, setting up skills on cnc mills (bridgeport, hurco and soreluce machinesable to demonstrate using measuring equipment correctly and accuratelytrained in the use of overhead cranes - training will be providedcompetent in the use of grinders, dynofile and other power tools along with templates and gaugeswork in harmony with team members
experience required
cnc operator experience with some programming knowledgeprevious experience of working within the manufacturing industry , preferably within medium to heavy buildawareness of iso 9001 regulationsgi professional is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
